Unfortunately … I don’t know. Could they mean the clan leaders? It’s possible, and yet I’m not sure that’s the right answer. Given that there’s so much we don’t know, we better prepare for anything. I doubt that this will be the worst challenge the city will face. Nothing is ever so simple.

Alas, if only things were. It's a shame that all we can do now is to wait and see. But until then, I suppose we don't have a choice but to hope for the best.
And yes, that is correct. I wasn't aware that he was that popular! Cloud is definitely quite loud around here.

You're right — and to keep vigilant, of course. There's no lack of trouble ... and anytime there's a large event, I suspect someone will take advantage to make some kind of action.
